It is so good to welcome you to the Central United Methodist Church website.  For over 130 years, people have entered this place of worship, felt the warmth of a Christian community, and sensed the empowering presence of a holy and loving God. 

At Central, it is our goal to follow Jesus and to assist others as they discover Him and seek to live for Him.  Some of the ways we are  doing this are described in this website.  We are continually seeking new ways and means in order to attain that goal more effectively.  You could say that we are “a work in progress”, or that we are travelers who have not yet reached our destination.  We’d love for you to consider traveling with us for awhile in that pursuit.

I personally hope to have the opportunity to get better acquainted with you in the very near future.  Toward that end, there is a button for Praise and Prayer Requests.  You may use that form if you desire a visit or phone call.  I will be in contact real soon.
